Reiki and crystal healing
All sessions will be around an hours duration
Distance reiki treatment
An email summary will be sent following the treatment. This works in exactly the same way as a face to face session, the only difference is that you will be comfortable in your own home.
Face to face reiki
I am able to offer face to face appointments from my therapy room. I am also willing to travel to your home if you live within the Gloucestershire/Monmouthshire area.
Crystal healing session
A relaxing treatment that provides cleansing and enables you to feel more balanced. I am able to offer treatments from my therapy room or happy to travel to your home if you live within the Gloucestershire/Monmouthshire area.
Home energy clearance
Using a variety of energy healing tools and my intuition, I can clear energy in your home which feels negative, stagnant or unwanted. I can do this in person or remotely.
Reiki courses
Please get in touch for more information. Option available to pay in instalments if required. Dates arranged at your convenience and courses are usually delivered on a 1:1 basis.
Karuna & Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher course
A full course manual is provided. A 2.5 day course which can be taught to existing Usui Reiki Master teachers. A £50 non refundable deposit is required on booking.
Usui Reiki re-attunements
As a trained Usui reiki master teacher, I am able to re-attune you to whichever level of Reiki you have been attuned to. This will be helpful if you haven’t practiced Reiki for a while and are looking to re-ignite your healing abilities.

Intuitive reading
My readings are for guidance purposes, it really isn’t about foretelling your future but advising what you are in alignment with at the present time and any suggested actions you may need to take if your current path needs adjustment. I use cards as a tool to support the reading and may also use runes, crystals or charms.
Akashic Records reading
This works slightly differently to the meditation I offer. This option involves us looking at three questions together to interrogate your Akashic Records and delving deeper into your past lives to help us discover why and where there may be blocks, we will also look at addressing these.
Meditation
Guided meditation 1:1
Available on a topic/subject of your choice. This can include a setting of your choosing e.g a beach, a waterfall or we can look at chakra balance, colour breathing - anything you might like!
Akashic records meditation
Delving into your own personal hall of records to gain insight into your past lives and potentially your future.
We will conclude the session by drawing an akashic records card to summarise what has arisen.
Cord meditation service
You may have a desire to delve deeper into your connection with another person, to find out how you are connected and any insight spirit has to offer. This unique service involves me carrying out a meditation on your behalf to visualise the etheric cords and provide a report to you on my findings along with any guidance or advice I receive.

An hour workshop explaining the benefits of crystals for healing and an introduction to some key crystals to support your health and wellbeing.
Journalling for wellbeing
An introduction to the many types of journalling available including tarot, gratitude and dream journalling and how this can help you to learn more about yourself and your journey.
Empathic listening
As a trained listener, I appreciate that sometimes clients simply need someone to be there to guide and support them through life’s twists and turns. Having worked in the Community wellbeing sector for some years, I would like to offer these sessions for people who simply need that person to listen.
